Upstart Enterprise is over the moon that we’ve received a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund for our next two virtual Wellbeing, skills, skills & enterprise events in the West End of Newcastle.

With this in mind, we host our first event on Wednesday 31st March for residents in Benwell, Scotswood and Elswick areas. You can book a space via our eventbrite page.

The most recent Joseph Rowntree Foundation report makes strong recommendations for the post-Coronavirus recovery peroid. They recommend the recovery is led by the creation of good jobs and to enure people can access employment support and retraining to improve earnings and access good jobs. This is exactly what we’ve set out to do with these events.
