Ward Hadaway have kindly sponsored one of our Year 7 business enterprise challenges at Walker Riverside Academy in Newcastle. We’re at week 3 of the programme and the Ward Hadaway’s team videos have already made a great impression on the children. Their pre-recorded videos are also making great teaching resources like – what’s a SWOT analysis?
Below are just some of the logos designed so far and we can’t wait for the final pitches at week 7…
We’ve got Brush Buddy – a smart device that checks your dental at home; IP Glasses – spy glasses for the military, police and services; Chopcil – a pencil / chop sticks combo; Magic gloves with sensors for the elderly; and Smart Tin Can (SCO) – which scans sell-by dates and counts calories.
There are lots of ways to get involved with Upstart Enterprise. You could roll up your sleeves to volunteer or take part in one of our skills or enterprise programmes. If you are a business, you could support one of our in-school business enterprise challenges, which offer way more benefits than giving a donation. Please get in touch
